Is the consultation recorded?

No. Aida transcribes speech into text during the consultation; no audio file is kept. Only the written transcript is used to prepare the note and reports.

Where is my patients' data processed?

In Switzerland, exclusively: on our own servers, with an ISO 27001-certified hosting partner. No clinical data is sent to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic.

Does Aida work with my practice software?

Aida connects to Axenita, Mediway, Vitomed, Sokle, Tomedo and curamed for doctors, and to ZaWin, Denteo, Dentagest and Médident for dentists. The approved note goes straight into the patient record.

In which languages does Aida understand the consultation?

French, English, Italian and Swiss German.

Who decides what goes into the record?

You do. Aida drafts and suggests; you review, correct and approve. Aida never makes a diagnosis in your place.
