What Aida does, and what it doesn't.
What is Aida Medical?
A Geneva-based company founded in 2025 that designs AI assistants for clinicians: Aida MD for doctors, Aida Dental for dentists and, soon, Aida Care for nursing, connected by Aida Desk for patient contact.
What does Aida do during a consultation?
Aida transcribes the conversation into text and prepares the documentation: consultation note, letters, prescription, and billing code suggestions. You review and approve.
Does Aida make diagnoses?
No. Aida drafts and suggests; the clinician decides. Code suggestions are based on what was said during the consultation, and you choose whether to accept them.
Where the data goes, and where it doesn't.
Is the consultation recorded?
No. Speech is transcribed into text; no audio file is kept. Only the written transcript is used to prepare the note and reports.
Where is the data hosted?
In Switzerland, exclusively, with an ISO 27001-certified hosting partner. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Does my data go to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic?
No. Our AI models run on our own servers in Switzerland. No clinical data is sent to a third-party AI provider.
Is my data used to train your models?
Never without your written consent.
Is Aida FADP compliant?
Yes. We process data in accordance with the FADP and the GDPR, and our data processing agreements are ready to sign.
What about Aida Desk messages?
Messages exchanged via WhatsApp and SMS go through the providers of those services, as with any messaging app. Our Swiss hosting guarantees apply to the clinical data of Aida MD and Aida Dental.

Which practice software does Aida work with?
For doctors: Axenita, Mediway, Vitomed, Sokle, Tomedo and curamed. For dentists: ZaWin, Denteo, Dentagest and Médident. Nothing needs to be reinstalled on your side.
Does Aida Desk sync with my calendar?
Yes, both ways: Vitomed, Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar.
Which languages are supported?
Aida understands consultations in French, English, Italian and Swiss German.
How does setup work?
An Aida engineer calls you back within one business day, connects Aida to your software and sets up your note templates with you.

How do the 3 free months work?
Every new user gets the full Professional plan for three months, Aida Desk included. At the end of the period, you choose your plan: Professional, Standard or Basic. This is the launch offer of the public beta.
Do I need a credit card?
No. No card is required to get started.
Are prices per practice or per user?
Per user per month, in Swiss francs. For a group of practices or a clinic, contact us.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
The annual plan offers a reduced monthly price, billed once a year. The monthly plan is billed every month.
