Does Aida MD work with my EHR?
Yes. Once you validate, the note and coding are sent to your EHR with no change of tools. Aida MD connects to Axenita, Mediway, Vitomed, Sokle, Tomedo and curamed. Your EHR is not on the list? Contact us.
What happens to the audio of the consultation?
Nothing. Transcription is live and no audio recording is stored. Only the written note exists, and it stays with you.
Which languages does Aida MD understand?
English, French, German (including Swiss German) and Italian.
How does Aida MD help with coding?
From the consultation, Aida suggests the most likely ICD-10 diagnoses, prepares the TARDOC positions with their quantities and recognises ATC medication. You choose the diagnosis, adjust the positions and validate: the decision stays yours.
Can I edit the note?
Yes, directly in the record: reason for visit, history, examination, tests, assessment and plan. You also choose how detailed your notes are: concise, standard or detailed.
What happens when I validate?
The note and coding go to your EHR. Sending can be cancelled for 2 seconds; the record is then locked. Nothing leaves without your validation.
Where is my patients' data processed?
Exclusively in Switzerland. Data is hosted by an ISO 27001-certified Swiss partner, encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3, keys protected in an HSM), and processed in compliance with the nFADP and GDPR.
Is my data used to train the AI?
No. Aida's models run on our own servers in Switzerland, with no calls to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. Your data is never used for training unless you give explicit written consent.
