3. Hosting

The aida.swiss website is served by the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States), which delivers its pages from its data centres, including in Switzerland and the European Union.

The demonstration films are streamed from a dedicated server (cdn.aida.med) hosted in the European Union.

The Aida MD, Aida Dental and Aida Desk software, and the data of the practices that use them, are hosted exclusively in Switzerland, in the ISO 27001-certified data centres of Infomaniak SA (Geneva). They are not served by this website: see the Trust Centre and the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

Aida, Aida MD, Aida Dental, Aida Care and Aida Desk are trade marks of Aida Medical SA. The Aida logo, the visual identity, the texts, illustrations, screenshots, films and code of this website are protected by copyright and belong to Aida Medical SA or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Aida Medical SA, with the exception of private viewing of the website and short quotations with attribution of the source.

Third-party trade marks and product names mentioned on this website (including TARDOC, Médident, Axenita, Mediway, Vitomed, Sokle, Tomedo, curamed, ZaWin, Dentagest, Denteo, WhatsApp) belong to their respective owners. Their mention describes compatibility or a context of use and implies no partnership with or endorsement by them.

5. Nature of the information published

The content of this website presents the products and services of Aida Medical SA. It constitutes neither medical advice nor legal or tariff advice. The sample notes, codes and quotes are fictitious and provided for illustration only.

The Aida software assists the healthcare professional; it does not make diagnoses and does not replace the professional's judgement. Every note, every code and every document is reviewed and approved by the practitioner before being sent.

Prices shown are in Swiss francs, exclusive of VAT, and are subject to change. Only the signed offer or contract is binding.

Use of the Aida software is governed by the Aida Medical SA SaaS General Terms and by the data processing agreement concluded with each customer, provided with the commercial offer. Both documents can be downloaded from the Trust Centre.
