The Chronic Care Management module costs nothing upfront: it is billed at 5% of the revenue it generates for your organisation.
Where is my patients' data processed?
In Switzerland only. Data is hosted by a Swiss partner certified ISO 27001, encrypted at rest and in transit, and processed in line with the Swiss FADP (nLPD) and the GDPR.
Is my data used to train the AI?
No. Aida's models run on our own servers in Switzerland, with no calls to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. Your data is never used for training unless you give explicit written consent.
