How does sending to Médident work?
For SPC, HG and OCAS patients, Aida prepares the fee estimate, adds the attachments (an X-ray, for example) and sends the approval request to the paying office together with the record. Everything is entered once.
Which tariff and which payer class does Aida apply?
The dental tariff, with the tooth number on every item. The payer class (private, SPC, HG or OCAS) is read from the patient record; you correct it if needed before validating.
What happens to the audio of the appointment?
Nothing. Transcription is live and no audio recording is stored. Only the written note exists, and it stays with you.
Which languages does Aida Dental understand?
English, French, German (including Swiss German) and Italian.
What happens when I validate?
The note and estimate go to your patient record, and to Médident when needed. Sending can be cancelled for 2 seconds; the record is then locked. Nothing leaves without your validation.
Where is my patients' data processed?
Exclusively in Switzerland. Data is hosted by an ISO 27001-certified Swiss partner, encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3, keys protected in an HSM), and processed in compliance with the nFADP and GDPR.
Is my data used to train the AI?
