Every consultation leaves writing behind it: the note, the letter to a colleague, the prescription, the TARDOC positions. That time comes out of the next consultation, or out of the evening. Aida MD was designed so that this work gets done during the conversation, and all the doctor has left to do is review it.
During the consultation: Aida transcribes
At the start of the consultation, you switch Aida on, then talk to your patient as usual. Aida MD transcribes the conversation in the background, in French, English, Italian and Swiss German. The consultation is not recorded: no audio file is kept, and only the written transcript is used to prepare the note and the reports.
Nothing changes in the way you conduct the consultation: no sentences dictated aloud, no keywords to say. You can also dictate, if you prefer to complete the note after the examination.
At the end: a structured note, your way
While you talk, Aida structures the consultation note: in SOAP format (subjective, objective, assessment, plan), SOAPIE, or following your own template if you have one. The reason for the visit, the history, the findings and the management plan each go in their place.
Aida also proposes what follows from the consultation:
- the TARDOC positions matching the services provided;
- the ICD-10 diagnoses, each with a confidence level;
- the prescription, pre-filled with ATC codes and consistent with your prescription form;
- the letters: referral letter to a colleague, discharge letter.
The doctor reviews, corrects and approves
Aida drafts and proposes; you decide. Every item can be edited before approval, and nothing is sent without your agreement. Aida does not make a diagnosis in your place: code suggestions are based on what was said during the consultation, and you accept them or not.
Once approved, the note goes straight into the patient's record. Aida MD connects to the main Swiss practice software (Axenita, Mediway, Vitomed, Sokle, Tomedo, curamed), with no reinstallation on your side. Data flows both ways: patients, appointments and prescriptions.
What happens to the data
The transcript and the note do not leave Switzerland. Our AI models run on our own servers in Switzerland, with an ISO 27001-certified hosting partner. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and no clinical data is sent to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. We never use your consultations to train a model without your written consent.
